If new, GTX1050Ti. Should be around the 150 mark, maybe a tiny bit over.

 

If used, if you're lucky you can occasionally find a 970 or R9 280X.

yeah the 1050ti would be good but check what games your running if the DX11 games you could be better off the the aforementioned 970.

The 1050ti is $150 new. Definitely a good card for 1080p gaming. Anything under that pricepoint, consider looking around on the used market for a used 970, they go for around $130 give or take, or just look around for one that is at a good price point below $150.

Can you get second hand r9 290's or gtx 970's for that price? Maybe not anymore, with the current gpu environemnt - worth having a look anyways.
