What card? If it requires extra PCIe power connections, do you have the right cables for it and are they plugged in?

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

is intergraded graphics enabled, if you have it

How do I check if I can’t get into settings, do I have to reset the bios?

I do not think that this processor has integrated graphics. You can check in the bios if its on/off, no you do not have to reset the bios.
