Unknown, not initialized drive

So I have 2 250gb SSDs in raid that I have been using to put my more demanding steam games on. I am having the same issue as the guy HERE, the drive does not show in explorer, disk manager says that it is unknown and needs to be initialized. I unplugged and then put everything back which did fix the problem, like the other poster, but it is back again after a day. Any ideas for a more permanent solution?

Do a backup and nuke the drives, then setup the RAID again and copy all your stuff back. Liking drain¡ve has almost always worked of me.
