Windows 10 session on the citrix receiver app wont open

I can now login, the ICT department has now fixed the issue.

Hi all,

I have been having problems with opening the windows 10 session within my account on the citrix receiver app. Basically, you click on the session, it keeps loading and loading, then eventually, it wont start. This is a school based app on a server to clarify. I contacted the ICT department at the school, and we checked in the dialog to see all of the current windows 10 sessions currently being connected to, and mt account was reporting that the windows 10 session was open and active when on my computer it was loading and wouldnt open. We have tried restarting my account, but that didnt solve the issue and we also check the uknown connections to the windows 10 session in the dialog and my accounts windows 10 session wasnt showing up there either, the ICT department and me dont know what the issue is, so any input is much appreciated to try to solve this issue!
