Overclocking 965m

I have overclocked my 965m stable with +135 on core and +725 on mem. I think i can get more out of the core except EVGA Precision XOC wont let me go above 135. I see people online able to get higher than 135 but I cant. the slider doesn't work and if I try to type in a number higher than 135 it just  goes right to 135 no matter what I type in (above 135). Also please nobody respond saying anything like "you shouldn't OC a laptop GPU especially more than that"

ive got a 960m 4gb and have the same 135mhz limit, been looking around for a while and haven't found a solution bar trying a custom bios or such :/ Decided to settle for the 135mh, and then got the mem as high as i could and undervolted the cpu 

 

good luck on pushing the gpu core further!

no. In Nvidia inspector extracting the bios, use the pascal bios tool to rewrite it for the new clocks, load the new bios, enjoy the perm overclock. But make sure you have the headroom and stability...

might just be a hard lock of sorts. You can't really fix that, unfortunately, without a custom bios.
