How to connect Samsung CHG90 monitor to MacBook Pro 2013

ClientDigital

How can I connect Samsung CHG90 monitor to MacBook Pro 2013 15 inch at full resolution and the full refresh rate of 144Hz?

Should I use Mini DisplayPort, thunderbolt 2 dongle or HDMI
