My personal bet is on the ASUS board. In my experience ASUS products as a whole tend to be less quirky than others.

Asus has great stability for overclocking and has mostly overall great boards in different price ranges. Not saying other boards are bad, but Asus is a safe bet.

There was an issue with the ASUS board where the LLC was broken, causing VDroop to be all over the place. Apparently it's been fixed with a recent BIOS update though.

 

From an technical standpoint, both boards are about the same. I'd argue that if you're spending that much on a Z370 motherboard, either spend a bit more for the ASRock Taichi or get the ASRock Extreme4 instead. Both boards have better VRM configurations than the ones you've listed above.

DONT GET ASUS BOARDS I HAVE THE Z370 F AND ALL FEATURES ARE BUGGY AF

 

CANT GO ON INTERNET WITHOUT CD AND CD DOESNT WORK LOL
