You're mixing a Ryzen motherboard with an Intel CPU.  That doesn't work.  Give me a bit and I'll come up with something.

So I've been looking around and I'm trying to build a PC that's good for gaming and video editing and 3D rendering

The i5 7500 is a really bad option, especially for video editing and 3d rendering. Get a Ryzen 5 1600 with a B350 board or a Core i5 8400 with a Z370 board. ;)

I know that's $50 over your budget, but it's a big step up in performance.

The case you picked had a power supply, and also no price :P

I just went with the case he already had lol.  Honestly I'm not great at picking cases.  Feel free to recommend a replacement.  I think the rest of the build is solid though.

Edit: It doesn't have a power supply. o.O

The base total is $718.03

No point in getting Ryzen right now, unless it's a 1700, and then only in very specific situations.   There's also no SSD, and that's way too big a PSU.

Looks good to me but would it being micro ATX affect upgradability and if so should I even worry about it. I noticed 2 PSU's is that on purpose?

There's only one PSU.  I was trying to use the same case as you (which doesn't have a PSU), but it wasn't on PC Part Picker.  It's a Micro ATX one, so only a micro ATX board will work.  Can you imagine a situation where you would have more than three expansion cards?  Most people use one at the most, and that's for WiFi.  It has 4 PCIe slots, and one of those is for a GPU.
