Try doing "troubleshoot problems" for wifi (can't remember if all windows versions have this functionality). Had a similar problem on my old laptop as I had just reinstalled windows 10 and that saved my ass :) (as no keyboard drivers xD).

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

There are two ways of implementing that wireless-switch:

1. In software. In that case the "troubleshoot problems" route will work

2. In hardware/firmware. Some business-laptops hard disable the wireless adapter, in which case only the stupid fn-key can re-enable it. You might be able to trick it, if you go into the bios and disable wifi there, reboot and then enable it again.

If nothing works... Just replace the keyboard :) Based on the pictures I found, it should be pretty easy on your machine. Look on ebay for a spare-part and on youtube/ifixit for a guide.
