what cooler master gives you in the am4 bracket kit and what comes included with the cooler should be all you need to get your cooler mounted on am4

Doesn't the stock bracket work with socket AM4, I mean it swivels, not like that bracket is in a fixed position.

No.

You only need the bracket, infact for AM4 installation you will use the stock backplate and not the 212 evo backplate.

AM4 odd mounting? all they did was spread the hole a few mm apart from the original AM3. Threadripper has odd mounting, where the holes on the top are closer compared to the holes on the bottom.

This is the stock kit.

This is for socket 2011

This is for socket AM4

http://www.cmstore-usa.com/ryzen-am4-x-bracket-for-hyper-212-and-212x-masterair-pro-3-4/

All 3 of them looks exactly the same. Only difference is the stock one lets you adjust the screws, while the 2011 and AM4 can't. But the stock one also fits on socket 2011. So what is actual difference between the AM4 one vs the stock one?

Here is another mounting bracket for Ryzen.

edit:

The stock bracket that's already with the cooler, you can clearly see the screws adjustment holes
