What do I all need to buy/resell apps and get admoney

So I've been looking into buying apps for iOS/Android. Marketing them then cashing in on admoney for a profit. 

 

I know its not a forsure thing and it will take time, practice, and luck.

 

But with me currently studying business and advetirzing and having knolage in the econ depend with trends and all that I want to give it a shot.

 

If anything it's a hobby not going to replace a job. I know more then likely I'll end up losing money. But I find playing risks like this fun. So it's like a soar a hobby too.

 

I'll use sites like flippa to buy apps.

 

Only thing is what will I need to have the apps. And what will I use for ads on the app.

 

 

Will I need just a standerd apple and Android account? 

 

Then whatever the ad service account is?

If you want to argue with me, and you probably will please PM me, no need to ruin threads becase you dont like how I am.
