Slow upload speed

My upload speed according to my isp's test is fine (15), but I am not able to utilize these speeds on my end. On testmy.net I only get a bout 2.4 Mbps. I have Xfinity 150 package. What could be causing this?

Could be an issue with your upstream signal part of your modem. Maybe your not getting enough channels or you got some kind of interference. Have you checked your modems signal levels? 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

what router/modem do you have?
