I wanna a HTPC. But which CPU? RYZEN 1400 or 1600? For 4k

Have  gt1030. DDR 2400 8G*2.

any suggestions ？tks

1400. The 1200 or 1300x would even be enough.

Try using the PSU Tier List!

the 1300x is more than enough.

Get the R3 1200, its more than enough for 4K. If you dont want to overclock the 1200 to get 1300X performance, then the 1300X I would recommend.
