What other oc program do you recommend ?

EVGA Precision X.

Ive set my overclock to +125 on the clock, and +350 on the memory, but when im in game for example pubg, and check the clock ratio it says 1350 or something, but when i re-adjust my clock to 0 and then back to +125, the clockspeed says 1454, why is that ? Ive set the apply oc on startup, and ive linked the powerlimit to 91c.

i9-9900k 5.0ghz, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock phantom itx z390 Mobo, RTX 3060ti, 1TB+1TB Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Noctua NH-U12S

I recommend to update Afterburner to the newest version, and to try another overclocking program to see if the issue is there too.

you can overvolt to the max, it shouldn't affect the card's life, maybe your overclock is resetting due to insufficient voltage.

That is what im thinking, i thought if i set the volt to +50 it woud ruin the card ?

Nowadays its close to impossible to kill GPU/CPU by a overclock/overvolt because of the built in secure systems. But i would still over volt as little as its possible and still stable, because can infact lower the lifespan of your card/cpu a bit.
