Hey guys!

These are my specs :

AMD FX 8350
Cooler Master Seido 120M
MSI 970A-G43
650W
Kingston HyperX (4X2) 8 GB

R9 280X

I was wondering if I should stick to the FX 8350 or get an i5. I'm looking to play BF4 on ultra about 60 fps and also do video edting. I'm also running on a tight budget.

Thanks :D

You are completely fine. Save up for a second GPU or something

Based on your GPU thread, you dont have the 280X. Keep the 8350 and put the money to a 290, like we all told you in that thread.

The 8350 is completely crap and you should totally get a i3-2130 for the max FPS possible! You should also sell the GPU in order to get a 660 from an unknown dude on Ebay!

*Sarcasm off*

You are fine :) Getting an i-5 will not benefit you in any way so just save up for another GPU or get something very fancy to eat while you are gaming ^^

Why on earth would someone switch from an 8350 to an i5?

I'm not sure. I am still in the process of looking for CPU

.... The 8350 is as fast and faster in some applications and costs less, hell just get an 8320 and overclock it and you'll still get the same performance.
