Cant adjust Profile Cover Photo

Windows 10, latest version of Chrome. 

 

As stated I can't adjust my cover photo at all.

What errors do you get, does the dialog just close straight away, or what exactly is happening that means you can't adjust it?

No errors at all, the feature is just not available. 

 

I'm referring to the reposition feature. Not sure if it was removed for some reason.

I've reported this to the devs, so hopefully it will be fixed for the January update.

Yeah same thing happening here.
