noctua, phanteks and cryorig have low profile coolers.

It may be better - but that depends on the stock cooler you have. I recommend the Cryorig C7 or some of Noctua's low profile skew.

id rather go with a C7 or L9-I

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Its only rated for 70W cooling. Doubt its better.
