CPU voltage jumps past Manual setting

Hello guys. I just over clocked my 4790K to 4.7Ghz @ 1.29 volts, (I lost the silicon lottery). Anyways, I set my voltage at 1.29 and i notice during Prime 95 tests it jumps to 1.296. Is that normal, or is there a setting thats messed up?

Yes that's normal, it's going to fluctuate a bit.

And at that voltage, is longevity affected much?
