Medium or high, sure. Ultra's pushing it, but you should get playable framerates out of it if you're not using crazy ENB mods.

 

I'm assuming 1080p is the resolution here.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

You can expect 60fps on High (not Ultra) settings 1080p, the games is not very demanding. 

My RX 580 can play it ez at 1080p maxed out.

60FPS on Ultra.

At Ultra it's closer to 33fps OP can expect, which I why I mentioned going to High is a better choice.
