Most LED strips come with less than stellar adhesive, you can replace it with something like this, it doesn't let go even in warm environments.

As long as the surfaces are clean and you take off the old tape that came with the strips it will stay.

You can try it won't stick as well as the mounting tape, since it's just regular clear tape.

No that is for vehicle trim and a bit overkill for an LED, the mounting tape I had linked previously would be perfect for this kind of application. It's also commonly know as VHB tape in industry.

cost is too high any low price

You can check your local hardware store for general purpose double sided foam tape, won't work as well but should do the job.

It's double sided tape so it sticks two things together, just clean off the old tape from the strip and apply it to the LED strip, then same as before clean off the case and stick it down onto the case.

Super will work but not recommended or ideal, as as suggest the double sides tape and hot glue are your best options.
