Small Form Factor Case?

Hey guys, so here's my question. What's the smallest case that fits an ATX power supply and a long GPU like an ASUS GTX 1060? I'm interested in going Mini-ITX, which I guess will be required for this, but I don't want to sacrafice on hardware and cooling. Basically I'm looking for something small and portable but not the smallest case in the world either. Cheers in advance!

The SG13B works with a full ATX PSU and up to a standard 10.5-inch card.

Here's the case's manual.

I'd recommend a single-rad water cooler - they work better than any LP air cooler.

 

Just a note - but saying "Asus GTX 1060" isn't descript enough. Asus has 5 cards that match that. 3 fit, 2 don't.

Why do you have to have a full length GPU? There's little, if any difference between them and their ITX counterparts.

Same question for the PSU. They're essentially the same, aside from size. Especially if you're not going high wattage.

How small is small?
What price?
What features?

You didn't really leave us with much to go on.
