Should i even bother?

I have a pretty bad pc, so shoul i even bother to download battlefield 3 or resident evil 6? Please help!

GPU: Zotac GT 610 (1gb Vram)

CPU: Intel Pentium G630

Ram: 6gb (Don't ask why)

It depends what you consider good.  there are games your machine can run, but high texture 3d graphics won't be part of them.  Even at 720p and low settings I'm not sure your system could get a playable frame rate in the games you mentioned, so I wouldn't want you to buy them and then have to upgrade your system to play them.

If you can download them for free (legally of course) then sure, go ahead. If you're going to have to pay for them I would just save your money and put it towards a new system..

If you like shooters maby try ¨Black squad¨ on steam. Its free and its DX9 so your probable oke. Its a basic shooter bit its more than good for a quick fix

I will also suggest Black Squad, it is a very fun game. I have always loved those Asian CoD copies like Black Squad and SKILL Special Forces 2. Just because of the fact that you always get just enough credit to buy a OHK sniper rifle and then quickscope with it. And when the enemies have no game sense or skill that I have from playing shooters for 5 years, it's pretty fun.
