Help Identify Warehouse Storage

Can anyone please help me understand what type of storage or raised flooring this would be, in the organization vlog?

 

I am trying to build something similar, on a much smaller scale, but I can't find any DIY instructions or helpful tips because I have no idea what to search.

 

Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
