raid 1 different SSDs?

Is there any problem to configure a raid1 array with to different SSDs (Crucial MX300 and Samsung 850pro)?

As long as they're the same capacity you'll be fine, and even if they weren't whatever you're using for the array should just use the smallest capacity (ie a 240 and a 256 would result in the 256 losing that extra 16gb).
