My friend is thinking about building a new pc (stationary) with the budget $1380. I recommended this, what do you think? any other better suggestions? The computer will be made to play games like PUBG, CS:GO and DOTA 2.

He already got 1tb storage, case and power supply 700W

Ryzen? After all z-170 and z-270 are probably out the door considering the new 8th gen will use 300 series IIRC

What is the model of PSU he has? The PSU you picked is bad, but I dont know about his.
