So, after my motherboard died last time, I got a replacement (a second hand mobo I was able to find in my country), but it seems my troubles are still far from over.

Last night I was playing GW2, when suddenly my screen goes complete black, I can still hear the game playing though.

PC restarts, the mobo boot screen for some reason doesn't appear, but windowns boots normally, or so I though.

My resolution is stuck at 800x600 and I got some weird blue dots on the screen that change position everytime I move the mouse.

Windows device manager has a exclamation mark on the GPU and error 43.

I used DDU to remove drivers, and then reinstall, but no luck, can't change resolution.

So is my GPU dead? Or is there something else I could try?

Thanks in advance.

Yes. I also forget to mention that when reinstalling drivers screen would go black during instalation, and I had to reboot again, although drivers would get installed anyway since I waited a few minutes before rebooting.
