Yes but won't be a huge improvement

Not the best bnehcmark site, but show that you are right, it would be a downgrade, so just avoid using that GPU lolll

I'm not making fun of it. I'm telling you not to use it because you will get worse performance than your onboard graphics

Here's Linus' video of a GT 730 vs Intel HD 530, which is slower than your HD 630. You can see that the GT 730 is slower. Dude you need to chill TF out

Dude you need to face the facts. The GT 730 is slower than any modern Intel integrated graphics. In the real world there are these things that are called cold hard facts. It doesn't matter what you feel like or what you want to believe, the truth is the truth. And the truth is that the GT 730 is significantly slower than Intel HD 630.

Of course you can re use your old GPU just, in this case, I wouldn't . just throw it in the bin or keep it for troubleshooting in the future if you buy a chip without an iGPU

probably a VRAM limitation though. iGPU shares your system ram which is slower than GDDR5

Pretty sure it would work just fine because PCIE is backwards and forwards compatiable.

so it should work fine and there is no reason not to try.
