OnePlus 5 vs S8 Plus

MapleRoid

Hi,

I am currently deciding between the OnePlus 5 or the S8 Plus.

I can either walk into O2 tomorrow and pick up the one plus 5 for £500 or order the S8 Plus off amazon for £626, when normally it is £799. I was wondering whether the price drop on amazon (UK) meant there is a defect with the device being sold? Is S8 plus completely legit and under warranty by samsung?

Only considering S8 Plus because of the seemingly very good price i can get it for off amazon.

S8 plus is better, but if you can, I'd wait for the google pixel 2.

basically S8 Plus and OP5 combined.

I own a normal galaxy S8. Battery on the big model is even better, and that's the only thing that I'd really upgrade. It's the best phone period.

Android has come a far way with Samsung

I mean the S8 is a good phone but I personally dont like it. If you get the S8 you have to deal with TouchWiz which not everyone likes.

The OnePlus would be a cleaner and more "normal" experience but the S8 is a "better" phone overall. But that "better" phone also hase a price tag that rivals that of iPhones.

Literally this. I forgot to charge my phone at work one day, so I turned on the battery saver. It drained all the way down and said 0% remaining, but was still letting me browse through Facebook.
