Will this CPU over heat even if I have a good cooler because i saw online that alot of people have a problem with overclocking this CPU

Some of 7700Ks had issues with random temperature spikes, it's hard to tell whether you'll experience the same if you buy one. I suggest you wait because Intel unveils Coffee Lake tomorrow and it should hit the shelves relatively soon after.
