BSOD While scanning with windows defender (after creators update)

Hi all,

Since the windows 10 creators update i started encountering BSOD. The BSOD happens every time Windows executes a quick scan with windows defender.

After the BSOD my notebook tries to restart, but then a message pops up saying: ''please insert a boot disk''. After the message, I force my notebook to turn off, and afterwards it starts without any problem.

I have never seen this message before, and I have only gotten a BSOD once or twice (during one entire year) before the creators update.

The error message during the BSOD: ''Unexpected Store Exception''.

I have already tried updating all the drivers, and scanning my pc for virusses/malware with malwarebytes and adwcleaner. Fortunately, no malware was found.
