Jammed fan a hazard?

Simple question. I have a situation whare one of my gpu which is just for extra screens and physx. So very little load. It ended up with a water cooling hose against one fan so it's always jammed but it stays kicked out. Is  there any danger of the fan doing anything dangerous? I doubt it as fans jam all the time from different reasons but I wanna be sure.

it will pull a higher amount of current and its definitely not good for it can you just zip tie the pipe so thiers fan clearance

Just get a fan grill. Best $0.485 (they typically sell in packs of two) you'll ever spend on your PC.

Can you not just unplug the fan if you don't want it to run?

Eventually its motor will burn out and it will die. Nothing more than that.
