im currently trying to build/ look for  a gaming pc under $500-600 CAD and i found this build guild. I need help to Justified if this guild is good or not.  games i  play are  league of legends, hearthstone, over-watch, and some steam games. also, maybe stream games

at that low of a price point i recommend you buying used parts to get better performance / dollar

Buy used. Much better.

I agree with @themctipers, buy something used. You could go in some facebook classifieds group near you and buy a used prebuilt system with a nice core i5 and add in a graphics card and you're all set. Depending on the graphics card you install, you may need to swap the PSU for a better one.

Just make sure it uses standard ATX power for the PSU (so you can upgrade the PSU, since most prebuilts have bad ones and don't have 6/8pin PCIe)
