Can anyone suggest a good budget 4k monitor?

Kitten of the Broccoli

Basically, I need a 4k screen with decent color accuracy for Lightroom and digital art that won't cost more than maybe $300. I know that I can't expect a lot for that kind of price, but I'm even willing to buy a monitor secondhand.
