hahha. :D I'd loose customers like. Although they are bad, Still if people don't think I'm good, they'll stop coming. It's all about customer relation.

Yes, at the start its all about building your brand. but wen your big its more about the bottom line trust my.  You see this in 90% of the bisses now a days.

Why do if i my ask. you study "networking ". Thare is so mutch ask for. here in the netherlands with your degree you get a instajob and a paycheck you can't handle $$$$. To be really pc repair stores arnt what the ware bek in the day. people ar a lot smarter or the now some how nows 1 or 3 things. Dont one crus your dreams butt the dollars ar at "networking infrastructure" and "IT specialist (Server admins, programmers , ect ) " not a small time PC repair stor. Sorry if i crus your dreams but if its a full time gig and not samting you do on the side its not gone be worf it

That's in no wee a long term business plan. Your banking wee to much on 1 ting. and 5P on a reaper is wee to little , you need to ask 25 or even 30 to make it wurf it :/

also imo its a saturated market, you got to offer a good experience whilst fixinf the issue, and convience is a must, not everyone has time to take their to a shop etc

uh what? yeah its not the greatest model, but an idea to get started.

imo id charge travel +15% for the call out fee, part price +20%(variable), then any extras that are require, but be upfront about fees and such

this is not nearly enough. i fixed computers for extra cash during collage, my rates where;

£20

they bring the computer to you, this covers initial look and first hour of labour, that way if its an easy fix it has still been worth your time.

£30 (local, add more if travelling further)

you go to them, again this is call out and first hour of labour.

+ £10 for each additional hour of work

and these rates i found where very competitive and way less than the big guys. just remember to be honest and don't charge extra for parts. even before facebook and without advertising i averaged 2 pc's a week.

remember there's nothing wrong with expecting to get paid for good work. and for bad customers you should do everything in your power to make them happy, even one vocal unhappy customer can have a sizeable impact on a word of mouth business.
