Used, definitely yes.

New, should be possible. 1080p 30 is a very low target

Cheapest 1050 would be $5 out of budget. Better value, but technically out of budget. Tbh I didn't even bother to check the 1050s

Ok let's say I was to build it but wanted certain aesthetics , (matching colors and managed cables) would it still be possible with that budget because I don't care about anything more than 30 fps or 1080p

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Possible, but you might have to hunt around for a good price on some parts depending on what you want it to look like.

Mine be better to let us know what your thinking about doing, things like case size for example can really affect budget prices, then if you want to through RGB and things like that it adds up

Really thinking about color orienting everything (black and white) and adding custom led lights I care more about the looks than performance , because once again as long as it's 30 fps at least I'm absolutely satisfied and as for case size , whatever the Norm is, something for good cable management

I would encourage you to up the budget by $20 and get a better HDD. But other than that, this will meet your needs.

What games do you want to play and at what quality?

Are you concerned about the over all detail or look of the game wile playing at 30fps?

The difference between low and ultra settings can be big
