Budget Build

Hello guys, a friend asked me to help him to build his budget pc, he needs a monitor as well. The budget value doesn't matter because we have different prices here in our country.
But i'am kinda confused when it comes to these low budget rigs.

I wanna know if i3 7100 will bottleneck a gtx 1050 ti or not. Also RX 560 would be better? and which resolution is suitable for it? 1024p and 768p are fine?
and what about FX CPUS?
and sadly we havent ryzen options.

Get a Pentium G4560 (very close to i3 for much less) and a 1050Ti, GTX 960, RX 470/570/480/580, or a 1060.

because any ryzen here is 1500x and above, and thats out of the budget.. also the G4560 is out of stock

i mean more resolution is always better. a 1050ti should able to handle modern games at high/medium with at least 30fps at 1080p

id get the first option

how much is G4560? it is almost the same as an i3 but 2 times cheaper

I would get the i3 7100 instead because despite it being dual core, the single threaded performance is a lot better.  The 6400 doesn't really separate itself enough from the 7100 when all threads are being used.  Both CPU's will struggle in the worst case scenarios, so get the cheaper one.

the G4560 is out of stock sadly.
I also wanted to know if the gtx 1050 ti requires a specific psu? or any psu will be fine? and if its fine with any psu then its better to get the second option and save the psu price right?

A G4600 is a good substitute for a G4560. It's a little more money and a little faster but still less than the i3.

And the G4600 is (almost exactly) identical to the i3-6100
