Good afternoon, my cousin is looking for a laptop for under $500. He is just looking to watch Netflix and browse chrome. He does open a lot of chrome tabs though. What I am thinking of recommending is just a good chrome book with a good amount of RAM, but let me know of any other options.

You can just get a Chromebook for 299 with 4GB of Ram and it'll provide almost identical performance

But Windows PCs are extremely versatile so if lets say he becomes a gamer it will sorta work
