No budget? Phanteks Enthoo Elite 

 

In all seriousness, the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv, Corsair 460x RGB and Fractal Define S are all great cases...

Max budget at least? Say, nothing over $100? $250? $500?

 

Within the $100 I'd say S340 ELite, P400, Enthoo Pro M, Dark rock 600 and Define C TG

Within the $250 I'd recommend Dark base 900, Corsair Air 540, Enthoo Evolv ATX TG, Enthoo Luxe, MasterCase 5T,

Within $500, I "recommend" Cosmos2 25th anniversary,  Lian Li PC-O8 or something from case labs at that point, Above $250 is very niche for the most hardcore water builds usually.
