(I MADE A MISTAKE.)

So it seems like people thought I wanted a pre-build computer, and that is entirely my fault for wording it poorly. I'm sorry.

What I meant was that I wanted a computer with all the parts specifically chosen by you(meaning a "build your own" computer), a speaker, mouse, and keyboard. I want you to individually pick each specified item that fits in with my wanted desires. They do not have to all in one.

I need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, speaker, and a computer.

I don't care about the mouse and keyboard very much, so there's no need to invest a lot in that category, though there are a few preferences. I would like the keyboard that's quiet. If it's overpriced, then no need. For the mouse I prefer a curved top if that makes sense. A curve going upward where my palm rests at.

For the PC, I'll be using it for mainly internet uses and animation/art, plus a bit of gaming. Currently I don't have much games in mind right now, other than TF2, so I'm not sure what standard needs to be reached. But I do want it to play good or at least decently/playable when playing other games.

For the monitor, I just want a 20 inch one. Maybe 21 or 22 inch, but only if it's cheap and needed. I prefer a slim type.

For the speaker, anything decent is fine. I'm not the type that'd care too much about sound quality, but I do want it good.

 

I'd like to use this setup for some time, maybe all around high-school. However, I don't know if that's even plausible. Most computers last about a good 2-3 years. I'm currently 12.

I'm not going to get this computer till maybe late 2017 or early 2018. Those are just my predictions. I'm still contemplating whether I should get it or not, but for now, I just want an idea.

EDIT: Would it be just better to ask for a gaming PC , since it'd probably fit all of my expectations and needs, probably better and faster?

But still, I'm a complete newbie at animation so is it still necessary?

Also, I just edited this right now so I'm sorry, but can you choose a keyboard and mouse that's quiet? I read the review and it said it was quite loud.

As far as storage goes, your budget is right on the border of where some users will try and fit in an SSD, but often find that it requires sacrificing too much performance in other components of the build.
