I just bought an Asus FX 553VD(i7) which has a GTX 1050 it was on Discount so I just went ahead and bought it. I later noticed that it's Battery Performance is not that good. So it got me thinking on a Couple of Questions.

1. Is there any way to have modes like on Economy mode only 2 cores are activated and Integrated Gpu is used instead of the Dedicated one and on Turbo it uses it's full power.

2. If there is a way then how and if not then why.

P.S. I am not that knowledgeable with Computers and there might already be something inbuilt in Windows :P .

NVIDIA Optimus technology should already switch between the 1050 Ti and the integrated graphics. As for the CPU-side, I'm not sure if it's possible or not.

I don't know if there is an app that allows you to do that but there are some that allows you to park/unpark your cores.

You can actually assign cores to specific programs, this is build in Windows but i dont know if that also solves this issue.

I wouldn't really expect anything more than marginal battery life out of a system like that. It's got an HQ processor which is based on giving performance rather than battery life, and it only has a 48WH battery.

As @Colexd mentioned, I would assume you could disable one or two cores on your CPU to save some power. You might also have to limit the clock speed of the two enabled cores then to truly get any benefit out of it.

If you say you're not really savvy with computers, then I wouldn't recomend trying any of that.

What kind of battery life are you seeing?

Before suggestions can be made, we should figure out if you're just being unreasonable with your expectations.

more cores at lower clocks use less power than less cores at twice the frequency. Use intel tuning utility and throttlestop to tweak  your CPU and IGP.

Undervolt them a bit, lock them to lowest frequency. Underclock the IGP too. If it doesnt have nvidia optimus and IGP is not used there is no hope (as is the case for a number of laptops with gsync screens). Some laptops have a button to switch GPUs though.
