.2 Mbps download speed

I have Charter Spectrum, and I pay for 60 Mbps but I am getting only .2 Mbps download speeds. This happened after an internet outage. Any ideas?

No advice (Besides restarting router) - but I feel you man. We're getting <1Mbps and paying ~90 for a bundle my family wants but doesn't use.
