Will my PC run gta 5?? if not what improvements should be made

No the GPU doesn't have the horsepower to run GTA V even at low settings.

No, that graphics card has no hope of running GTA V, I doubt it would even launch. Since you are using a laptop, if you want to run GTA V you will either need to buy a fair recent gaming laptop, or build yourself a desktop. The GT 520m is far weaker than today's integrated graphics. My friend got the game for his laptop with modern integrated graphics, and it would not launch. So, like I said, a new PC of some sort will be required.

That is for sure out of the picture as well. Any PC game made after 2012 will have a horrible time running.

No this PC will not play games like that, if you want to play those types of games build a gaming PC.

No, Far Cry 4 will not work. Also any PC game made after 2012 will likely not run, and even games before then will not run well.
