Looking For Good Laptop

Hey All,

Bilbo here. I'm about to be heading to college for either IT Repair and Programming or Cyber Security and I'm needing to find a Laptop that would be able to handle what I'll be doing/make my life easier. I've searched and looked at different laptops, but to be honest I'm not sure what I should be looking for. Any help would be appreciated. If you need to know anything more than I have said, just ask away.

Thanks again,

Bilbo

I'm going to be using mostly for school work, like coding and note-taking. Having it be able to game would be a huge plus, but not needed. A fast, powerful laptop would be nice to have, and I don't care about size or thin/thickness, but I'd prefer a larger laptop (15 inches or higher). I've allocated myself around $2600 to pay for it if needed.
