Hello, I currently have a old gpu in my system, and frankly, it runs like poop. It is a AMD Radeon HD 3870. I have a AMD Phenom X6 1075T processor, and $700 to spend. Would you recommend me upgrading my system, or just getting a whole new system all together? Also, will there be any bottlenecks?

What is your motherboard? You could pick up yourself a GTX 770, 7970, 280X, etc.

Phenom X6 is really similar to a 6xxx series FX processor. So you'd be fine with a 7970/280x/770.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @ Stock, CPU cooler: Dark Rock 4, Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX, RAM: 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 @ 3000Mhz, GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 ACX 3.0, SSD: Crucial P1 1TB M.2 + 2x120GB SSDs, Case: Corsair 110R, PSU: Corsair TX650M, OS: Windows 10 64-bit.

It looks like if you got the latest BIOS, you could get an FX CPU.

I also want to get a new cpu cooler and peripherals. So probably not :/

depends on your perspective, if you have decent stuff, like not broken peripherals, I'd recommend shying away from the thought that periferals make you better player (except a mouse).

if you have working stuff that isn't pissing you off, then get a whole new build, I'd consider it more essential than anything from the likes of gaming peripherals have to offer compared to smoother gameplay or better details

Would you be able make a build for me?

Use your current case, optical drive, HDD's for storage (?) and add OS as needed. Should keep you going for a good while.
