Sony Catalyst Edit and Hardware not working for me

Ever thought, wouldn't it be cool to create a mosaic of 1080p videos?

 

Well i am trying and it ain't working out with my hardware specs (no surprises there)

 

But lets say, i wanted to create a mosaic of ten 1080p videos complied into one? with down scaling and without?

 

What kind of hardware, and video editing tools are suited for this job?

What kind of mula are we talking here?:D

A bit probably about $2000+

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Just messing around right now, and I'm rendering a mosaic of four 1080p videos together, and its like 7%, so at this rate it would take two days to render that.
