Needing 2 new 120mm case fans to replace my stock ones, currently looking at the pure wings 2 fans, any better ones or are these really good?

What case? Unrestricted the pure wings are perfectly fine. Restricted airflow you'll want something else. At 120mm your best performers are Noiseblocker Nb-eLoop 1300s or Enermax Twister Pressures.

Then pick up pure wings and be don with it. They look good and at case fan speeds are plenty quiet.
