winsat.exe? gpu goes 100%

apperantly it's a scheduled task.

 

''WinSAT.exe determines your "Windows Experience Index"

so every now and then winsat.exe shows up in my taskmngr and it puts my gpu on 100% load which creates a huge amount of coil whine and it changes my windows 7 color scheme / Aero.

do i need to worry about this at all?

 

i disabled it in the Task Scheduler but not to sure if this is a good thing.
