CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X w/PBO on

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Mobo: Asus X470-F Gaming

RAM: 64GB G-Skill Ripjaws V @ 3200MHz

GPU: RTX 4090 Founders Edition, Radeon Pro WX 5100

PSU: Corsair RM1000e

SSDs: Samsung 970 evo plus 1TB NVME, 2x Samsung 870 evo 2TB, Samsung 860 evo 1TB, Samsung 970 evo 500GB NVME

you will see bottlenecking and it is hard to say how bad it would be especially as it depends on the game. also the cost to upgrade to a new platform will be expensive so im not sure if you would be better off buying a new cpu and gpu. i honestly might say that upgrading the gpu now and cpu later might be the best you can do.

you could upgrade the gpu now and start saving up to upgrade to ryzen 3, you'll see improved performance now and again later

Pentium G4560 + h110m or ryzen 1200 ~1300x + b350, it is up to you, for ryzen get the highest mhz of ram you can afford.
