Bad paste application?

http://prntscr.com/g0vyde is this bad paste application causing my 1 core to get hotter? Or is it because 1 core turbos to the max speed on this CPU?

its not like there is a problem with that temperature but i cant remember haveing a core stick out from the rest THAT much ever. it might be the paste thats not perfect but those temps are fine anyway
