does this phone have stock or close to stock android?

this is the phone I want to get, I have used a Motorola phone before and it had very close or stock android on it. I want stock android but at a budget price and this phone seams to meat my needs. However i don't know if this phone is any good (because this is the first time I have herd about it). could you guys help me?
